As software
packages become more robust and insurance carriers increase claim edits (causing more rejections),
system support from a trusted source is essential. The technical staff at MAR Solutions, LLC has
a medical billing background as well as in depth technical training. We are proud to offer the
following phone support options:
Preferred Plan - $1099
Our Preferred 12-month Phone Support Agreement includes more than just unlimited support
calls and is available to all offices that have received the MAR Solutions approved training.
The Preferred Plan is the most cost efficient way to ensure your team gets the help they need
when they need it. The plan includes:
- Unlimited phone support
- Unlimited remote support*
- 20% savings on all on-site calls
- A 1-hour on-site minimum instead of the standard 2-hour minimum
- Discounts to MAR Solutions, LLC training seminars
Standard Plan - $599
Our Standard 6-month Phone Support Agreement offers all the advantages of the Preferred
Plan, but for a shorter term. It is available to all offices that have received the MAR
Solutions approved training.
Per Call Plan -- $31.25/15 minutes
Support is also available to all offices on a per-call basis, over the phone or
through remote connection.*
Phone support on a per-call basis requires a completed credit card authorization form on
file with MAR Solutions. First-time callers or callers needing to update credit card
information can print the authorization by clicking on the button below. Please fax the
completed authorization to 817.231.0047.
*Additional software may be required. Please contact our office to discuss different
remote connection applications and methods.
